These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding for a smooth customer experience.

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our Website, but discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order:

  • We will fulfill the in-stock items.
  • You will be contacted regarding the backordered item.
  • You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping charges are collected at the time of purchase and are final.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

ToyicoKids gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping.
  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for future purchases.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

ToyicoKids honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt.

  • Customers must pre-pay return shipping; we will reimburse shipping costs upon successful warranty approval.
  • Once the item is received and the warranty claim is validated (within 7 days), you may choose from:
  1. A refund to your original payment method
  2. A store credit
  3. A replacement item (if available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping Times (UK)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (£15): 3–4 business days

4.2 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
  • We are closed on national holidays. We will do our best to minimize shipment delays during those periods.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Changes to delivery addresses can be made any time before dispatch. Please contact us promptly.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these shipments.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will:

  • Dispatch the available items immediately.
  • Send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit:

  • If possible, reject the parcel at delivery and notify our customer service immediately.
  • If already delivered, contact us with photo evidence and next steps will be provided.

Sales tax is already included in the product prices displayed on our Website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Returns section above.

9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their damage investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier has deemed the parcel officially lost after their investigation.
